What we collect

Order information — your name, shipping address, email, and your pet's name for engraving. Provided by you at checkout or by email/WhatsApp.
Waitlist signups — if you join our free waitlist, we collect your email and, if you choose to share them, your pet's name, a rooftop color preference, and any design suggestions. We use this only to email you about the founding batch and product updates. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your signup at any time.
Tribute film requests — your email, your pet's name and years, their breed, an optional line for the film, and a photo of your pet. The photo is what we paint their colouring and their collar from.
Payment — handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Site analytics — we use Google Analytics, which sets a cookie to count visits and tell returning visitors from new ones. We only ever look at it in aggregate (pages viewed, country, device type). No advertising trackers, and we never use it to identify you personally. You can block it with any cookie blocker without affecting the site.

Your pet's photo

The photo you send with a tribute film request deserves its own paragraph, because it's the most personal thing anyone gives us.

It is stored privately on our own storage at Cloudflare. The storage is not public, and the file's address is a random code that cannot be guessed or browsed.
It is used for one thing only — making your tribute film. We do not publish it, post it on social media, use it in our own films or advertising, or share or sell it.
The single exception is if we ask you and you say yes. Occasionally we ask a family whether we may show their photo and their finished film on this website, so that other people can see how one is made. We ask for that separately and in plain words, for that specific use, and we never assume. Saying no changes nothing about your order, and you can change your mind later and we'll take it down. Anything you see on this site is there because someone said yes. We never sell your photo under any circumstances.
We keep it for 90 days after your film is delivered, in case you ask us to remake it. After that it is deleted.
You can ask us to delete it sooner — at any time, for any reason, without explaining why. Email us and it's done.

How we use it

To make, engrave and ship your order, and to send you order updates.
To answer your questions when you contact us.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone, ever. This is a memorial for someone you loved — we treat your information with the same respect.

Data retention & your rights

We keep order records only as long as needed for warranty and accounting. You may ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you — just email us.
